WHITMAN ROBERTS
This met-length orthotic allows active muscular control of the pronated foot. A deep heel cup and medial flange hold the foot while the medial flange induces active supination.

REVERSE ROBERTS
Similar to the Whitman Roberts, this orthotic extends under the plantar fifth met head to induce out-toeing. It also induces active pronation through the use of a vertical flange up to the navicular tuberosity.

GAIT PLATE IN TOE
This orthotic is manufactured similar to a functional orthotic with the exception that the forefoot is altered with an extension under the plantar medial to affect the oblique shoe break.

HEEL STABILIZERS
NOTE: The standard shell material is 1/8” white polypropylene. Red, blue, and swirl/multi-color shell materials are available in 3mm polyethylene upon request.
HEEL STABILIZER: A
This device deeply cups the heel, has a lateral clip, and a medial flange with a small extension under the medial arch. It controls the rearfoot in maintaining the calcaneus perpendicular. This allows the forefoot to drop down to the supporting surface and maintain medial arch stability.

HEEL STABILIZER: B
A deep heel seat in a met-length shell with a lateral clip and a medial flange extending to the first metatarsal head. This device is useful in controlling both forefoot and rearfoot abnormalities in the pronated foot.

This will protect parents from unforeseen costs due to:
- Outgrowth
- Acccidental destruction
- Stolen orthotics
Coverage is valid for children of up to 18 years of age, 2 years from the date of patient enrollment. Parents will receive a renewal notice at the end of the initial term. Applications, along with $42 payment, are due within 30 days of dispensing orthotics.
